ESS FIELD GUIDE

The purpose of the ESS Field Guide is to provide information regarding the provincial structure for the provision of Emergency Social Services and clarification on the various procedures and guidelines for use by local authority ESS teams.

Each community ESS Director has been provided with one copy of the ESS Field Guide. ESSDs are requested to maintain their manual with the most current revisions, which will be posted periodically on this website. ESSDs will be advised of new amendments through the ESS Update Letter.

Additional copies of the Field Guide and all amendments can be downloaded from the links below.
