HELPFUL INFORMATION

ESS POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS

These two PowerPoint presentations were designed as a tool for your use when making presentations about the ESS program, particularly within your community. The information contained in the PowerPoint slides is well suited for most audiences, and may also be altered as you feel is necessary.

The minimum requirements to run these presentations is a 486 PC based computer, Microsoft Windows 95 with the Microsoft PowerPoint program. It is advisable that you test the presentation on any new computer that you use to ensure that it works properly. If possible, load the presentation on to the computer's hard drive as this may speed up its operation.

If the location that you are holding the presentation doesn't have a computer with PowerPoint and you don't have a laptop computer or if you are unfamiliar with the PowerPoint program, you can print overhead copies of the presentation pages. If you are presenting in an area without an overhead project, you can make hard copies of the slide pages to distribute to your audience.

Instructions on how to download the presentation:

  • Click and hold the right mouse button on the link and chose "Save Target As". Save the file to your local disk. You can then open the file with PowerPoint.

If you do not have PowerPoint installed on your computer, you can download Microsoft Office document viewer software through the BC government download site at:
